They need to look for more guys like Floyd Reese. GM's with a proven track record. Millen you could argue was at least a good player. Cerrato convinced kids to come to the best college football program in the country, which is really difficult.

One thing I always prided myself on in regards to Vinny was not making fun of his obvious features, save maybe the occasional coke reference. However with some of the bus throwing and backstabbing he's done I've become really tempted to declare it fair game.
