It's more of a reference to JLC's insistence on continuing the story all the while it's been told again and again that he will not be traded. I guess that Jason Taylor trade to the Redskins really burned him a few years ago.

Jason Taylor trade still brings my piss to a boil.

can we drop him and act like it never happened?

I hope Miami picks up Terry Schiavo with our 6th round pick

I think JLC is still bitter about not breaking the AH news last year, so he wants to break this news. So just keep insisting and insisting.

What I was referring to was this article where JLC actually got pissed at Vinny for not tipping his hand before the Jason Taylor trade. I think it's similar now where he hear's Shanahan say no and in his head he hears yes based on the experience with Vinny.

Redskins Insider - The Immaculate Deception

But yesterday, minutes after the afternoon practice was over, here is what Cerrato said to the local media, repeatedly: "We haven't talked to anybody yet on anything." He then denied, again, any attempts to land Taylor to representatives of virtually every media entity that approached him at Redskins Park.

What the hell? More corners?

1(65) St. Louis Rams Jerome Murphy CB South Florida
2(66) Detroit Lions Amari Spievey CB Iowa
3(67) Tampa Bay Buccaneers Myron Lewis CB Vanderbilt

Just rename this the 2010 NFL Cornerback Selection Meeting.

Crap. I was hoping for him to be around in the 4th.
