Is anyone going to see the new Nightmare on Elm Street tomorrow?
this was one of my fav's growing up, but i hated how it got so corny and stupid after part 1. I hope they return it to being true horror and not senseless gore. Trailer looks promising...
Me and my wife are going tomorrow night....i hate appleblossom and need to get away from it for one night...

Movie thread?
Any who I will see it maybe not this weekend but soon, waiting on reviews. The Friday the 13th remake was just plain awful.

I'm typically not a fan of remakes.

True fan of the series and I intend on seeing it when it comes out. Enjoyed the Friday the 13th remake, wasn't a classic by far but good. This one looks promising.

Re: Is anyone going to see the new Nightmare on Elm Street tomorrow?
The first one scared me pretty good when I was in 5th grade but after part 3 I stopped watching them. The trailers do look kind of cool so I'll probably catch it when it comes out on DVD in a month or two.

Reviews Counted:33 Fresh:4 Rotten:29 Average Rating:3.8/10 Consensus: Visually faithful but lacking the depth and subversive twists that made the original so memorable, the Nightmare on Elm Street remake lives up to its title in the worst possible way. |
