I agree and I think the coaching staff agree's as well, if it was me I would lower my contract offer everyday Smoot doesn't sign, I am tired of playing games with him, has Smoot recieved 1 offer yet? this doesn't really have anything to do with the original premise of this thread but anyone else noticing how much more the league has become friendly towards big stars switching teams through trades? coles 4 moss, last year portis 4 bailey, orlando pace possibly being traded, the TO "trade" last year, and that surtain deal with seattle and miami might hint at him and a pick going towards Seattle for Alexander.
as far as smoot, I see him either in a jets or chiefs uni next year.
