Oh. So the government can regulate your clothing b/c someone, somewhere has insulted someone else and your clothes may be seen as being insulting to someone who has been insulted before. The right to restrict your speech exists even though there is no proof that you have ever done anything insulting in your life - the government just thinks you might b/c you have exercised your right of free speech.
