They offered her a FREE gym membership and salads to lose a few pounds.

If she doesn't realize they expect you to be fit at that job or meet a certain look....work somewhere else, lady.

They should fire her for whining and the bad publicity. If she actually sues over this, good luck finding another job...everyone in the industry will be looking out for her.

It's their business and they can run it how they want. It's not discrimination...they hired her. If she's not meeting their well-known standards that I'm sure she has a copy of in the company handbook...that's her problem, not theirs.

I'm not a fan of the restaurant, but hey, it's their business and they can set the standards they expect from their employee just like any other business. If I started swapping out my ties for tie-tied shirts at my job, I'd expect a reprimand too...and I wouldn't even consider suing over it.

Lady is looking for a quick payday and her 15 minutes.
