Cold weather Super Bowls on the way

To make the superbowl you often have to go through cold weather cities, so the teams that make it are the ones who can weather the elements. They should win under the same conditions.

I'm of the mind that if you want to prove you're a champion, you have to prove you're the best under any conditions. Weather should not be a factor. You should be able to win in the Superdome just as much as Lambeau.

Rotate to all 32 stadiums like baseball's all star game, with the only exception being if the NFL stadium is too small.
