Yea but if this was on Bush's watch Sean Peen would be down there on TV yelling where is the goverment as he is soak in oil carrying dead oil soaked birds.

the hypocrisy will never be acknowledged, not worth fighting over.

that said, Things I am sure of if Bush were in office:

- Daily stories of Bush's ties to the oil company's would be normal

- Green Activists would have been blasting the White House's drilling policies

- Hollywood would have been heavily involved in the story.

- The one director would have made a movie about the White House and Big Oil

- The Government's response would have been aggressively attacked and human/animal suffering stories would have been lead stories 2 out of every 3 nights.


That these would have been valid is not my point, it's that the media blatantly shields it's favored politicians, and actively lambasts those who they hate. (and yes they clearly hated Bush)
