Sean was his first pick with the team for his second go round, Gibbs tried so hard to help Sean turn things around in his life, and see all that work end the way that it did I think coming back for another year would have been too much, I mean to see a career and a life end like that when so much progress had been made has to be disheartening and then to be the guy that a team looks to for guidance after the situation that took a toll....off topic I know but I don't fault Gibbs for leaving the second time and I think he earned his money.

I agree. Joe Gibbs doesn't need to pay back anything. He earned every cent he ever made with the Redskins. The man wasn't perfect but he was the best thing this franchise ever had.
