Yeah, although Probably too late to sue. I can't believe he didn't even try to get that money. I saw that on the nfl.com "In His Own Words" video (which was great btw.)
For those that don't know, Davis told Shanahan that when he left he could go anywhere but to Denver and he'd still pay him the money he owed him.
