If you have a "lily white" jury in Manning, SC (35% white) or Columbia, SC (49% white), depending on the jurisdiction for the charge, then your attorney should be prosecuted. There would be plenty of justification to declare a mistrial or an appeal would certainly win.

You're scenario is also making the assumption that even if the jury was "lily white", a white person is going to automatically convict a black person because of racism. I don't live in SC but I do work with the some of the Navy civilians in the Charleston area (most of the folks I work with are white) and none appear to be racists. I find that premise of your scenario to be offensive and racist.
