Rogers doesn't need to sign by tomorrow. Forget the details but it applies to the 110% rule. I think if he didn't sign by tomorrow the Redskins could reduce their tender offer to 110% of his 2009 salary, but since his tender is already at 110% it's a moot point.

gotcha, is there any deadline then? I thought at some point he becomes ineligible to play.
