One of our engineers bought two today, for him and his fiancee. Facetime is pretty sweet, although needing wifi and another iPhone4 makes me wonder, "why not just skype?"

There are a few cool features that the iPhone3GS (what I have) doesn't have, but I'm not eligible for an upgrade until December, and I'm not rushing out to buy it. Running multiple apps is cool, having folders for apps is cool, and the camera/video is much improved. Other than that, it's really no big deal.
