You know what, Tiger might say yes. Say what you want about his marriage to Elin, but without her Tiger doesn't end up two kids that he loves more than anything. At the same time the decision to have kids is a commitment and part of that commitment is providing a stable home life.

Having all the money in the world will keep them falling into drug dealing and the like but with such a highly public divorce and all the stories about their father that they'll be able to simply search for on the internet when they're older. That will wear on someone particularly kids that haven't even hit puberty. Either way I could go on and on about this, spelling out the pro's and con's that are out their for Tiger's kids but the fact of the matter is that if you're not ready to settle down and leave behind the type of life that Tiger has lived then you shouldn't have kids.
