It's gotta be an act. Who talks like that? It sounds way to theatrical to be real. I cannot listen without laughing. This sounds too fake. He sounds like the overly emotional kid that got picked on a lot in high school or throughout life it seems. He must also be out of shape if talking loudly makes him pant for breath like that.

There was a part of me that also thought it was an act, because it does seem way too preposterous. But I have a feeling it's real, sadly.
