Actually, it wouldn't be anarchy just basic mob rule w/ a twist of "might makes right".

As to the thread's title, many come to mind - bin laden (yes, someone would eventually take over for him, but, for a bit, the world would be a better place), any number of american politicians from both sides of the fence, media hacks, etc.

I am with CRR - put all the hate filled people in the sahara, with one water source, and as many .45's and bullets as necessary.

If I had to go with just one it would be Bin Laden for fairly obvious and mundane reasons.
