Warpath $$ league needs 4 new owners

I have a question, I've kinda been following the threads a little bit... is this a keeper league, or do you do the draft right from scratch?

It was going to be a keeper league but with so many new teams this year it makes most sense that we draft from scratch and can the keeper league...
