Now, would a rookie QB picked first by us in the first round make three years down the road for "rebuilding" come up with this?

A rookie QB would be here working with receivers if he wanted a job. Well, not J-Russ but nearly anybody else. It might not be in AZ and who knows to what extent the training would cover but it's not like this is something foreign to NFL teams.
