I don't think the Skins are going to cut Kelly this conjecture has been out there for about 3 months. I remember reading an article back in April or May about that.

Kelly is putting in the work, but I do not think it would surprise me if he did.

I will make a prediction though ( going way out on a limb here ) someone we do not expect to be cut this preseason will not be on the team come September 12th.
