Definitely hit up the Blue Lagoon and the Pearl, a little touristy but something you should do if you're there. There's also some great cafes and bakeries in Reykjavik. Sandholt was my favorite and it's downtown on the main shopping street/walking mall. I'm guessing if you need some supplies you'd want to stop by this place... and that should put you in the mood for this..
