I'm surprised at Dan's level of honesty and the fact that during that interview, he just seemed like a regular guy.

Could Snyder of just been misunderstood, and unfairly stereotyped by the media? I'm not gonna be Dan's biggest fan all of a sudden, but he was telling the truth when he said that for the 4 years Gibbs were here, there were almost no allegations of him "meddling" with the team.

He came across as a genuine and honest man, and actually validates other posters' descriptions of Dan as a nice and friendly man....
