Re: Haynesworth fails conditioning test
Any options of a trade or the team getting rid of Haynesworth at this point is just wishful thinking by fans. Honestly, at this point the media is blowing this up, although right now they are too busy with Favre. There really isn't any type of disruption in camp right now, Hayensworth is saying and doing the right things (well except passing the test), and it seems to be right now an issue of his knee injury. I thought this quote by Shanny today supports what I believe is going on:

^ I said that I smell a trade based on precedent. Shanny had a similar situation with Montrae Holland, who was traded before camp was over.

Re: Haynesworth fails conditioning test
I don't think Haynesworth is a financial burden for any team right now if he were to be traded. Honestly, what would be more of a barrier is the hype behind him not passing the fitness test. As I said, other than not passing the test, AH has said and done the right things, but I doubt that any team will be able to get by the general opinion of him.

Obviously I am in no position to say we will trade him. But I think we might. Shanny might be willing to take less-than-value for him just to have the headache gone. And if his MRI comes back fine, that is something which will sooth concerns of other teams.

If this was a couple of weeks ago, then I'd say, yes the team would be desperate enough to trade him. Right now, I don't think is a good idea.

Re: Haynesworth fails conditioning test
Haynesworth is not getting traded. He's going through an unfortunate setback. The coaches are loving him right now, he loves the defense, and on top of that he's motivated. Did he make some mistakes this offseason, hell yes. However it's time to move past it and play football.
