You don't understand. There is no argument.

Re: Steve Young's family up against Mormon church on Prop. 8

I think I got hit on by a gay guy 2 days ago. I was getting gas when a guy kept staring at me and my car. Then he walked by while staring until I looked and he said what kind of honada is that. He kept asking questions about my car and stuff and noted he liked my year’s body style more than the newer ones. I drive a Honda Accord and I recently traded (pretty redneck right?) a jeep for a sweet el camino (even more redneck right?). Now I would expect attention from random dudes at gas stations and stuff if I was driving around in my sweet el camino but I was in my accord.

Anyway I know 2 gay guys, neither of which I would consider friends, but they are nice guys. My problem with gay people is when they make out or even basic things like holding hands in public. Im not too keen when a straight couple is making out in front of me on a sidewalk either, but its different. Any type of PDA from gay people in public grosses me out and gives me the hebegebes. That said I see absolutely no reason why they shouldn’t be allowed to get married. It’s a civil liberties issue for me more than anything and I see it as bad as not allowing 2 people from different races wed. On a personal level it makes me upset as well because our society is forcing a set of beliefs on a group of people.
