Torain and Williams looked good, let's see how the rest of the preseason unfolds though. John Beck looked pretty bad, not shaky, bad. Grossman looks like a completely different quarterback.

I really want to see this team in real competition.

I feel sorry for the WR's on the third team that have to prove themselves with Beck at QB right now. Which begs the question, how little do they think of Bartel? Bartel has been here all offseason and yet they put in Beck for this game.

I was out this evening, and I'm about to sit down and watch the game (gotta love TiVo). But I saw the score and a few of the highlights.

When I was in the car earlier I was listening to Sammy/Sonny/Larry. Ugh. Man they are painful to listen to. And such BLIND homers. Sammy needs to go. He was talking about the Ravens and called Joe Flacco "Falco" twice before Sonny corrected him. I mean those three were ready to crown this team at halftime of preseason game 1.

And then Theismann... Ugh. I'm three minutes into this broadcast and I'm ready to turn him off. He's the biggest moron. As much as I love our Redskins, our local broadcasting game coverage is soooo bad.

But hey, cheers to 42 points and a win. Looking forward to watching this.

Hello. Sam and Sonny have always been homers. It has been stated for years that Sam is terrible. You don't turn on the 980 crew for unbiased opinions.

Theismann is a lot better than people give him credit for and he is a homer too but it sure beats all the cocksuckers who have always bashed the skins like Baldinger, Tim Ryan, Collinsworth, Randy Cross etc.

Cross has hated the Redskins since the day they beat the 49ers 24-21 in the playoffs. He always whines (as do 49ers fans) about what they say the call was a "phantom" interference call on Lott covering Monk leading to the winning FG by the skins.

I saw #40 on the sidelines. Maybe he lined up when Keiland was at RB. #88 Logan Paulsen and #82 Lee Vickers played TE.

There was a blitz aimed at breaking down the protection and getting a free hit on the quarterback. That's nothing out of the ordinary. Then I checked, and realized that it wasn't our quarterback who got hit.
