There's probably no real urgency by either side to get a deal/agreement/compromise done. He's suspended for the first month of the season anyways.

Didn't think so. Was not really looking for an answer of a deal is in the works for the Skins, it was more as a football fan and interested in what happens with a top WR is all.

If he doesn't sign by today, the Chargers plan to put him on the roster-exempt list...which means almost nothing

Looks as though the Seahawks are interested in VJ again as well. According to reports on the scroll of ESPN. Discussing contrat terms if I read that right?


On a side note. Any one heard what the deal with sellers is yet? I have not read anthing or seen anything regarding his injury.

Well that doesn't necessarily mean anything. The Seahawks also were at this point with Brandon Marshall but Seattle and Denver couldn't agree on trade terms so it's still early.
