Lavar has also written and performed all of the songs the Redskins cheerleaders will be performing to next year. He's a real renaissance man!

Let me repeat, LaVar Arrington said that.

Now maybe he was bullsh*itting everyone and pumping sunshine up his ass, but if you think he's a straight shooter and a "true Redskin", then you have to put some credence in his own words, no?

Frankly, I'm much more fond of the "players play and coaches coach and FO assembles the team model" than I am about players - no matter how individually talented they may be - being part of a participatory democracy on a football team.
