I dont think he will start out of the gate. He will have to compete for it. But with the loss of Antonio Pierce, our coach on the field, wouldn't it be helpful to have a safety out there that is comfortable making adjustments to a defense he has two years experience in?

And all the sacasm with the lost of Franz? At least another team valued him. He was good on special teams too. We need a guy who isn't going to be beat deep.

I'm sure that either Bowen or Taylor will go down some time next year. It will be good to have a guy with a couple of years of experience in GW defense to be there when it happens.

Special teams and depth. Williams likes him, that's good enough for me.

That pretty much does it for me too.

Williams knows him so I'll trust this is a good pickup. Sounds like he'll be great for depth and special teams.

we probraly signed him to intice his cousin to come to the team. Brown would have boy lavar with him and his cousin. I'd sign on that it would be like being back in school.

Re: Redskins sign Prioleau

Is it me or was safety not a need?

Taylor, Bowen, Lott, Clark. I guess Lott may be seeing CB duty, but still. I like Bowen/Taylor or Clark/Taylor back there. As long as he's cheap depth doesn't hurt.
