From reading his demands it looks like he views the human populace as a disease, evidenced by his incessant demand for people to stop procreating. This probably means he's not afraid to take lives if he feels like it. Hopefully this situation can get resolved without any lives being taken, it'd be a shame if somebody died as a result of this nutjob's wacky ideas about how to save Earth.
