You know I under stand AH has brought this on himself but to have him playing in the 4th qtr of this game was pretty stupid. AH at 3/4 speed is better then 90% in the NFL and it almost seems that Sh. was trying to embarrass him. He also said that AH might not play against Dallas and might not even be on the roster for the game.

I'd like to see Shanahan concentrate more on finding positive ways to motivate the player as opposed to the displayed method of agitation, alienation and humiliation. There's no winners in that type of approach.
