Re: Henson's Injury
CPayne.. the pros usually have it done right away. Sports players are in top form and have top care, these guys get it done quick. I remember Brady having his done very quickly, and the same with Welker. As in quick within a matter of days if not hours.

This is a quote from when Carlos Rogers tore his ACL three years ago... "He will undergo surgery when the swelling subsides in a few weeks and Gibbs will consider signing..."

Re: Henson's Injury
Dude should get an internship at McDonalds while he is rehabbing.
So he can hang out with the commoners that he has such respect for. |

Re: Henson's Injury
For a couple of quarters against the Cards, the dude was in the zone -- he looked like Ray Lewis out there. It's a bit curious to see him discarded, but without the injury I guess it remains to be seen whether he would have made the roster. As CRR said, there likely wasn't enough on a sustained level to warrant leaving him a spot.

Re: Henson's Injury
Ok.. I was wrong.. lol... may memory fails me at times.
I am not even going to speculate any more. We should wait till the injury and surgery are at least announced. Maybe it was an MCL tear or something. I don't know, all any of us know is he was cut.

Per a twitter. Henson said they scoped his knee to look at it, and they will tell him more tomorrow.

Re: Henson's Injury
Well if that is the case and he is ok. I want him back and Blades gone ASAP.
Henson has outplayed Blades all preseason. O hppe tommorow brings good news for Henson. I would think he would be brought back if there was nothing more to the scope other than draining some of fluid that may built up due to swelling.
