Absolutely. Something as simple minded as that going down? That's not the way things work. It had to be something deeper than just that. Maybe the Lions are unhappy with the way Suh almost ripped Delhomme's head off and are looking to trade for Haynesworth and BA let the story about trade talks with the Titans leak out to press to cover up the real story. Brilliant!

Al will be with us unless a team shows up with an offer that blows us away...a 2nd or 1st round pick, which is not likely to happen at this time of year. Matty is right. Probably was low level talk about a trade, the Titans(being smart) weren't going to give up multiple picks for AH, and the talks never progressed into anything more. The smokescreen thing was dumb. For one, like I stated in a previous reply, Dallas would suspect a charade and still prepare as if AH was going to start, and they know how to beat us with AH in the 4-3, so they can beat us with AH in the 3-4. The sports media in DC must be bored out of their minds since the AH fitness saga died out.
