Dallas is in trouble this year if the cumulative effect of additional shots on Romo due to injured lineman actually causes Romo to miss some time. Because Jon Kitna hasn't been a good quarterback since Shane Matthews was here.

Problem is, I don't think our offensive line (which I think will have a very good season) has a shot in this one. I think that they'll (Dallas) give up a few gashing runs to Portis so that they can push the pocket (read: Rabach and Hicks) back into McNabb's face, knock some passes back in McNabb's face, and turn him into an incompletion machine.

It's the kind of game where the teams may combine for one or no touchdowns. 13-8 someone.
Totally saw a Danny Wuerffel jersey the other day.

I think Romo will have more trouble with our new defense because we're not only gonna mix coverages but there will be more pressure. Pressure+confusion=TOs.

I've always felt like if Dallas wanted to they could run the ball all over us.
Thankfully Garrett is to fancy to stick with the run but i distinctly recall watching the end of both Dallas games thinking we can't stop their ground game.
But, thankfully Garrett is still the OC and the OL has taken a step back.

I think our OL is gonna be solid and that we'll scheme against Ware and Ratliff.
I'm sure we'll move the pocket.
I hope to see an effecient passing game with a focus on our TEs vs their LBs.
I'm worried about wether we'll be able to run the ball against them.

Yup. I read somewhere that Shanny's offense tends to have lots of planned rollouts and sprints, leaving DM with lots of half field reads. Dallas' front seven is tough no doubt - but Shanny's been teaching O-lines for some time now quite successfully. It's just a better line than last year.

We will win...Hell,it's even in one of Nostradamus Quatrains...lol

For when that Sunday comes, the Stars will fall once again
Scalped from their skin, the stars to soak in their own blood
The King of the Stars to pace the grass at dawn
With anger, malice and revenge he will never see

So you see, even Nostradamus picked us to win...lol

I kind of wish someone would start talking smack. This rival is no where near what it use to be. The freakin owners hang out with one another. That's not a bad thing but jeez that would've never happened in the old days.

Just search for deadskins, foreskins, cowpokes, or cowgirls on twitter. Among the fans the rivalry is very much alive.

I'm talking about talk between the players. I guess cause of free agency it's just not the same anymore.

Jon Jansen summed up the "rivalry" back in the 2001 season after getting swept by the Cowboys following a loss at Fed Ex Field. When asked in the post game show how bad it hurt to lose to the Cowboys for the second time that season, -- I'll never forget these words, -- Jansen replied: 'It's just another game.'

The rivalry only exists amongst the fans.
