It may not be, or it might be exactly what we ordered. There was no discipline with Norv, Marty comes in and all the players complain about work ethics and the team turns around and ends 8-8. Spurrier is brought in and again no discipline, Gibbs steps in and tries to create a happy medium even though Greg Williams tried to play hard ball, Then Zorn who again let the player off with no discipline.
This team needed discipline. One player, one, does not like how things have changed and is trying to fight the system. If it was more then one player... perhaps 3 or 4 players I'd say Dan Snyder made a mistake in picking the Allen/Shanahan team. Instead it's one player who refuses to get with the program. Honestly at this point I don't think I'd trade him. I'd be trying to make an example out of him. I still don't get the lets just cut our losses and take the crappy exchange rate after having shelled out 21 mill. I'm sorry, either I get 21 mill of work out of your ass or you can sit on the bench every weekend watching your teamates play... win, lose, or draw, and think about what you want out of life... a job where your playing a game having fun or sitting on the bench wishing you could knock heads losing a yr of playing time possibly diminishing your skill even further. Mean while I'd be up in my booth scanning my binoculars from the field to the bench and enjoying wondering what the fans were saying to AH throughout the whole game.
