Rudy Ruettiger Story Sensationalized, Says Joe Montana | ThirdAge

Why couldn't he just let Ruettiger have that??????

Reality usually isn't picture-perfect. It's not about "doubt"; it's about WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED, and last time I checked, truth is immune to propaganda techniques and emotional sway.

Either the crowds cheered in the movie or they didn't. Joe would probably know.

Either the the players threw in the jerseys or they didn't and it was just the captain asking the coach to put him in. Joe would probably know.

Etc.
