I think McIntosh was supposed to cover him on the crossing route but, just as Williams crossed in front of McIntosh, Romo looked like he was going to scramble/run and McIntosh moved up to stop letting Williams run free. Maybe DHall had the zone in the flat but had drifted back to double someone back there. Not sure. Can't believe you wouldn't have someone on all the WRs down there.
