It was not the burn smoke flovor it was more wood flavor from the steam. I still have a few planks I have to try the lime juice trick. Isn't salmon a local fish in your area?

Yes sir, we even eat salmon with our omelets.

I got hooked on Salmon about 7 yrs back. U have any great way to cook them?
