I have no clue on how our d is going to contain him next week. None at all.
They won't contain him if they couldn't contain Sam Bradford

Plus Vick's receivers are far more explosive than Bradford's. It could be a very long day.

When I looked at the schedule in the summer I actually thought the Eagles woul be 1-2 and the Skins would be 3-0 heading into that 10/3/10 matchup.

In the next three games I am less scared of Vick and more scared of Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Manning. The next three games should be brutal for our reeling secondary.

WTF are your smoking?
Rak is neutralized because the refs will always let the opposing players hold him.

Bradford got away from the rest of the D-linemen, and he sure looked like he could have gotten away from Rak as well.

Vick is more athletic than Bradford and he's shown that he can sling it now.
Combine that with Jackson and Maclin, and we're ****ing ****ed.

well said...those Philly fans are gonna be brutal to McNabb. Haslett needs to step his game up, or Vick is gonna make us look like shit, I mean really bad. Not Bradford bad, which was raped-bad, but worst.

That was my basic point. I still don't find Vick as scary as Manning, though. But we're screwed facing all 3.

Manning is not a threat to run and has a average oline, so you can go blitz like Grilliams did to him and hope for the best.

Vick, you have to put a spy on him and keep contain, which makes it even more difficult to cover people.

Vick has always been streaky.

On the other hand, Manning carves up people week after week without having to move around. As for Rodgers, he may not have Vick's mobility but he is more than mobile enough and deadly accurate.

This isn't the Atlanta Vick anymore. He's played well for three games and there's no reason to expect him to choke against us. Our defense is not much better than Jacksonville's or Detroit's.

Do you think Haslett is smart enough to Blitz Vick on 3rd and 16?

Jags didn't blitz and the result was a 55 yd TD pass

Lol, even if he does blitz, Vick might just run away from them all and toss a bomb anyway.

Vick has arguably passed the ball better since replacing Kolb than at any point in his career. I am incredibly impressed with his improved pocket presense and touch passes. Andy Reid has done a great job coaching him up as a pocket passer. Of course Manning and Rodgers are great, but Vick is playing like a top 5 QB so far this year.
