It's alright Scud knows I'm messing around. Still I can't speak for the rest of the conference but I do know that Georgia loves to look the other way when it comes to admitting athletes. Believe it or not UGA's admission standards aren't all that different from UMD college park. I've had classmates with 1,300 SAT scores and 3.75+ GPA's with AP courses that couldn't get in. Yet I've seen players with 800 SAT scores and sub 3.0 High School GPA's suiting up for the Dawgs on Saturday.

For the record I was a 3.0 student with an 1,100 SAT score. Bama and Auburn (I applied and got accepted myself) have a reputation for accepting all the party kids that wanted to go to UGA but couldn't get in. Looking back I think the only SEC schools I couldn't have gotten into were UGA, Vandy, and UF. ACC......maybe Clemson would have accepted me?

Still though, I can't understand how Basketball, which has the worst reputation these days for producing holligans, usually sees schools with tough admission standards in the top 25 while in football being in the top 25 frequently serves as an indicator that maybe it's not that hard to get into your school.
