In the HYPOTHETICAL case that she had acknowledged and encouraged Brett's actions, should there be ramifications?
I don't think we will really know the truth in the matter ever, especially now that it is so public, but suppose Goodell interviews both, and in the privacy of his office, they both say that it was a mutual communication. Should Favre be fined, or punished under the protect the shield notion?
