Congrats Smoot!
I just found out a week ago that my wife and I are going to be expecting this June. We've been together for 7 years and really put this off until we thought the time was right...I am very excited.

I think once you subtract the cost of childcare and commuting from the salary of whomever is thinking of staying home, you get a better idea of what makes more sense.

My oldest brother and his wife are expecting their first child in the first week of April; another brother and his wife are expecting their third child the same week; and another brother and his wife are expecting their first in July. It's crazy; four sisters-in-law all expecting. Can't wait. Of course, my boy probably won't be a Redskins fan. My wife is a life long Giants fan, so we agreed to settle on a third team; possibly the Jets. |
