No reason to be down in the dumps guys. We had plenty of chances and didn't take advantage of them. Not to shabby against the Colts.

No in the preseason this was an expected L. Thing is that with winning teams you capitalize on the chances you get. We have to also realize although we do have a decent core of players, we are still thin depthwise. We need a C, a G, another S, and a CB that can make INTs and not get hands of stone when the ball hits him in the hands. I also think we should invest in a second round WR in the next two drafts. Don't bother going for the high flying studs since we are not going to draft that high. I say go for a guy like that Sanzenbacher from Ohio St or that Stonum guy from Michigan. Guys that are first rounders, but just won't go in the first round. These guys have good hands and produce. I like AA, and would love to see Austin get a try this season, but we need another WR to really help out. Plus at th is point, we need to think of the post Santana era.

I keep forgetting we don't have a second round pick next draft!!!!!! That sucks. Either of the guys mentioned above would have been nice WR additions. We only have good luck with drafting first round linemen or defensive players. Go for the best G we can get!!

We had our chances in this one. Pretty much how I thought it would go, I thought it would be a 3 point game either way.

I am listening to the post game show and Mitchell is crazy. We had a chance to win on the last drive, proir to our last drive. I dont know what more he could ask for. Our defense did what they needed to do. They lost, because the offense did not score.

I feel like this team is so close all over the place. It just isn't clicking 100%. I guess that's to be expected with basically entirely new offensive and defensive schemes plus a major overhaul on the offensive personnel side. If we can stay healthy we are a dangerous team.

Weirdly enough this is the best I've felt after a loss. We were only a couple HELD interceptions to winning this bad boy. Felt nice to see Armstrong and Torain show some promise for the future.

McNabb is what he is, he makes some plays that we wouldn't in the past, but misses a few head scratchers. If their db doesn't make a spectacular grab the ball was perfect for Galloway (if he catches it)

Hey we play 2 NFC teams in the next 2 weeks and these games are more important so lets get focused to go 5-3 guys. GG Redskins way to play hard and tough right down to the last series.

Exactly. Every game is important, some a little more so than others

Indy already crushed NYG, I can't see Dallas beating them, and Philly might, but I doubt it, so for me, this game is a wash. If we had won it, yeah, excellent, but this one seems like a true moral victory in a league where they don't normally mean anything.

Well unfortunately the media is going to make it sound like the Colts blew us out of the water.

Well for what it's worth, so far your claim had not come true. But my initial point was don't complain about no respect from the media when our own fans give up on them just a few minutes into the game
