I actually try to eat around 5 times a day, so I "snack" between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and dinner. Sometimes I end up snacking after dinner because my stomach gets pissy if I don't eat about every 3.5 hours when I'm awake.
My morning snack is always fresh fruit. I have an apple today, but I also like plums, tangerines, pears, and oranges. Mid-afternoon is usually a cereal bar because I'm on my way home from work when I eat it, so it needs to be something that isn't messy. The after dinner snack is almost always Chips and Salsa or Cereal. Occasionally I'll eat Soy Cream (I'm lactose intolerant). Also, I keep banana chips at my desk, but I pretty much never eat them. I'm glad they don't go bad until like April next year because I haven't touched them since I brought them in. |
