I respect the decision that the coaching staff has made because they obviously know this team and its personnel better than you or I do.

I'm not a guy that likes to fan the flames of controversy, so i made the statement that I did because i wanted to point out that I will support the team and the decisions they make. I'm not going to create controversy by saying that benching McNabb was a bad move, or by saying that i know for a fact that Rex is the better option.

I am saying that i trust them to make the right decision, and that by inserting Grossman, maybe they believe that he can run the offense better and gives this team a better chance going forward.

My personal opinion is that regardless of WHO was put in to replace McNabb, now is the right time to do it because the team is at .500, and the new starter has 2 full weeks to work with the first team and sharpen up a bit. The team still has a chance to make the playoffs and a new QB might just be the spark they need. Just my 2 cents...
