Bold, capitalized, underlined, clearly what she wanted to catch our attention, then a little disclaimer that maybe her billboarded point is not what she meant.

A mother who would post up those words in a public place (internet) for the whole world to see is clearly a questionable parent, so it wouldn't be a shock if this kid turns out mentally damaged and sexually confused.
