Re: OK..BYE's are over: Time to keep track of our Playoff hopes thread

11 Sun, Nov 21 Tennessee Titans @ Tennessee (5-4) 1:00 pm EST
12 Sun, Nov 28 Minnesota Vikings vs Minnesota (3-6) 1:00 pm EST
13 Sun, Dec 5 New York Giants @ NY Giants (6-3) 1:00 pm EST
14 Sun, Dec 12 Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Tampa Bay (6-3) 1:00 pm
15 Sun, Dec 19 Dallas Cowboys @ Dallas (2-7) 1:00 pm EST
16 Sun, Dec 26 Jacksonville Jaguars @ Jacksonville (5-4) 1:00 pm EST

17 Sun, Jan 2 New York Giants vs NY Giants (6-3) 1:00 pm EST

Minnesota, Dallas and Jacksonville SHOULD be wins.
We should split the Giants.
Tampa Bay is not as good as their record.
Tennessee this week is a winnable game.

These remaining games are all winnable, none of the games scare me like a few in the first half, but realistically we'll probably drop one of the Giants games. The Titans are the best remaining team, I don't buy into the Bucs.

We CAN do it...we just need to get things going fast.

Yeah I'm done buying the whole "Tampa isn't as good as their record" thing. We're in week 10 now, and they're right in the hunt. They hung with Atlanta in the Georgia Dome down to the very end. They're a team on the rise.

We're playing like hot dog shit, and saying we "should" beat anyone at this point is a joke.

Yeah! that was the last article I read before going to bed, after reading the Washington City Paper's article headlined: "The Cranky Redskin Fan's Guide to Dan Snyder".

It's time for this staff to understand, they're going to be held accountabe for the product they put on the field and take responsibiltty for it's end results. Three straight running plays to start the game against Philly, come on man.

TB is legit because they are so young. Freeman is a very good QB and that D is getting better and better. I would almost be willing to say 3 south teams will make the playoffs but I think Philly and NY both get in.

When you look at the best teams in the NFC, we don't come close to any of them. Yea we beat GB but honestly we shouldn't have and we should have lost to Chicago also if it wasn't for Hall having a MIKE VICK day on defense. We just don't have the talent to be a playoff team. On Offense we literally have maybe 2-3 guys that could start on another PLAYOFF roster.. McNabb, Cooley and Williams.

Jay Cutler being an interception machine AT TIMES helped out. Problem is, not every QB is Jay Cutler and will have a bad Jay Cutler moment.

When you look at TB's skill positions on offense, Blount is a rookie, as are the #1 and #1 WRs in Mike Williams and Arrelious Benn, and Freeman is in his second year and getting better and better. They're gonna be around for a while.
