Why not -- they need an OT and WR, right?

Samuels is still a stud, and Gardner is solid.

Fan presure for one thing, no one wants to be the GM who let the big time QB slip away. Like they did when Atlanta made the trade for Micheal Vick.
If the Skins trade Sameuls does his whole salary go against the the Bolts?
