NBA 2k11
I checked to see if anyone made a thread about this, but apparently not. Surprisingly so, they say this is the best NBA game ever made.
Anyone playing it or am I alone?

Yes, I have it on ps3. It's a true sim and the most realistic sports game ever yet it's not as fun as 2k10. Doing moves is a bit harder and defenders are in your face like a mofo. Oh and you can forget about cross court and fast break down the court passes, thats a sure bet turnover.

I JUST stopped playing Myplayer.. He's 99 overall.. Just starting his 4th year and he just got his second billboard. I wanna keep playing to see what other endorsements I can unlock, but I didn't wanna burn out on it. Playing association with the Wizards now.
p.s. Javale Mcgee might be the worst center... Ever. All he's good for is rebounding

I played it, Its better than 2k10 but in all honesty, NBA games have sucked for a while.

I know 2k has been good for the last decade. I'm saying a basketball game hasn't wowed me since Live 03'. NBA 2k - 2k11 are all good games, they just get boring fast.

I haven't been hooked on a NBA game since the glory days of NBA Live. Then again I haven't really been a fan of the NBA since the mid 90s so that could have something to do with it.
The one thing that bugs me about NBA, MLB, and NHL games is when they don't let you choose a shorter season in season mode. I'm always all about the season mode, but who has time for a 82 game season? And if you're going to just sim games, what's the point? |

See I like that. That was my main hangup with NHL 10, great game but you couldn't play a shorter season.
