Locker is a good fit for our system.. Good arm, can throw pretty good on the run and makes plays with his feet.. Honestly kind of reminds me of a Jake Plummer type QB when he was ASU, except Locker is a little bigger.

Not to mention fits in perfectly with the quality of offensive player we like: those who are lacking in it.
