Brandon Marshall - tears are flowing from his eyes that Chad Henne is now his QB.

Eddie Royal - Potential star reduced to being perceived as a role player

Brandon Stokley - will soon be forgotten forever. Very few will remember P. Manning's accolades about him.

Peyton Hillis: He is one of the two Razorback RBs who have proven themselves ELITE(other being McFadden. Felix Jones. haha, Shelix Jones. Choice is the choice for Dallasss)

Ryan Clady - still going strong

Kory Lichtensteiger - forced to embarass himself playing G when he is clearly not cut for the task.

Tony Scheffler - reduced to sharing time with Brandon Pettigrew
I just don't see why he tried to come in there make so many changes on what appeared to be an offense that was going to be top notch for a long time. Total dumbass.

I think the premise is simple: "MY TEAM. MY WAY. MY GUYS".

Trade 'em Shanny for Champ Bailey and a second round pick.

That only works if you are proven coach, even then you have to be smart enough to evaluate your players.

I think this was long overdue. Bowlen gave Son of Hoody wayyyy too much power, and he basically took apart an offense that was pretty good and really didn't need much change.

Joe Thomas did it to San Fran before those west coasters got saved by Bill Walsh. Trading for a washed up OJ Simpson. hahaha

Vinny did it to us, stay tuned to see if the Redskins can be saved by Shanahan.

Bill Walsh was a master GM along with being a master coach. Shanahan the GM pales in comparison to Walsh.

Re: ESPN -- Broncos FIRE Josh McDaniels

Bring him in as our TE coach to replace Embree. How ironic would that be? 2 ex Broncos coaches that were fired working together.

His problems weren't on offense. He came in with an overachieving offense and traded two guys who have gone to underachieve elsewhere for a king's ransom. Then he got top quartile production out of guys like Kyle Orton and Brandon Lloyd. The running game is coming along, and would be there for them if/when they get a healthy line.

The big problem there was historically bad defense which, you know, was the problem when McDaniels got there. Easy to say now that he should have never fired Mike Nolan, but I have to imagine that a huge internal conflict caused that departure because that defense was terrible before Nolan got there and was terrible after he left.

Kind of funny that what ultimately got McDaniels canned also got Shanahan canned two years before that.
