To put my plan another way, I was trying to think of starters I would keep in their current role.

OL: Williams
QB: McNabb (I think he'd be a good transition guy to guide a young QB and keep the team from being abysmal for the short term)
RB: No one (I'd bring in competition and make Torain/Williams win the job)
WR: Armstrong
TE: No one

DL: No one
LB: Orakpo, Fletcher
DB: Landry

That's about it, otherwise everyone is on the trade block, the chopping block, or already in the unemployment line.
